Cancellation Policy

At Blaze & Engrave Co., we work hard to create high-quality, personalized laser-engraved products. Please review our cancellation policy before placing an order.
1. Cancellation Eligibility:
Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order for a full refund. If production has already started, cancellations may not be possible or may be subject to a restocking/design fee.
2. Custom & Personalized Orders:
All custom and personalized orders are final once production has begun. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately after purchase. We will do our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee modifications.
3. Ready-to-Ship & Non-Custom Items:
For non-custom items, cancellations are accepted before shipping. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it may be eligible for a return (see our Return Policy for details).
4. Refunds for Canceled Orders:
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Any fees incurred from payment processors (e.g., Etsy, PayPal, credit card fees) may be non-refundable, depending on their policies.
