Custom Order Policy

Thank you for choosing Blaze & Engrave Co. for your custom engraving needs! We take pride in creating unique, personalized products. Please review our custom order policy before placing your order.

1. Custom Order Process:

Customers can request custom engravings by providing text, images, logos, or specific design details. A digital proof/mockup may be provided upon request before engraving begins. Once the design is approved and production begins, changes cannot be made.

2. Proof Approval & Design Responsibility:

If a proof is provided, customers must approve the design within 2 days to avoid production delays. Customers are responsible for ensuring spelling, grammar, dates, and design accuracy before approval. If no approval is received within the specified time, we may proceed with engraving as submitted.

3. File & Image Requirements:

Logos or images should be high-resolution (300 DPI or vector format preferred) for the best engraving quality. We are not responsible for poor engraving results due to low-quality images provided by the customer.

4. Cancellations & Refunds:

Once production has started, cancellations are not allowed. Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all sales are final, and refunds are not available unless there is an error on our part. If we make a mistake in the engraving, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Production & Processing Time:

Custom orders typically take 2 business days for production before shipping. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

6. Customer-Supplied Materials (If Applicable):

If you provide an item for engraving, we are not responsible for accidental damage during the engraving process. Some materials may not be suitable for laser engraving; please consult with us before sending any items.

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright:

Customers must have the legal rights to use any copyrighted or trademarked images, logos, or text submitted for engraving. By submitting a design, you grant us the right to engrave the provided content.
