Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment is received. Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time. Any extended processing times will be clearly communicated in the product listing or after purchase.

Shipping Method

We ship all orders using USPS Priority Mail®.

USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 1–3 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and USPS Priority Mail pricing. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your USPS Priority Mail tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the package is scanned by USPS.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to USPS delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to USPS.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with USPS when applicable.
