Return & Refund Policy

At Blaze & Engrave Co., we take pride in creating high-quality custom laser engraved products. Because most of our items are personalized, our return policy is slightly different from standard retail stores.

Custom & Personalized Items

All personalized, custom, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

This includes:

  • Custom names

  • Dates

  • Logos

  • Business branding

  • Custom artwork

  • Monograms

  • Photo engravings

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

Please double-check all spelling, dates, and design approvals before submitting your order. We engrave exactly what is entered or approved.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

You must:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, OR

  • Issue a refund (at our discretion)

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost packages marked as “Delivered”

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Non-Custom (Standard) Items

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Item is unused

  • Item is in original condition

  • Buyer pays return shipping

Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

Order Changes

Changes to custom orders must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already started.
